Sales Tax

If your order ships to a New Jersey location your total will include the 7% sales tax on the merchandise ordered and the shipping charge as required by law.

Shipping Policy

At BetterPets shipping charges are simple and easy to understand. You can use the table below to look-up your shipping charge based on the dollar value of your order. There are no hidden fees, no handling charges of any kind, and what you see is what you will be charged for shipping. Shipping charges are figured on the merchandise value prior to any applicable taxes. Your package may be delivered by UPS or USPS.

Orders typically ship within 48 hours of your order submission (excluding weekends). Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM will not be shipped until the following business day.

The rate chart below is for Continental U.S. only.
Hawaii and Alaska will pay Air Shipment cost that will be calculated after the order is received. We will contact you with the
shipping cost before we process the order.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Order changes or cancellations may be made if the order has not been shipped .

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed. If you wish to return an item, simply ship any unused item(s) back to us within 14 days. You must include the packing list with returned portion filled out.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. We encourage you to return the item by UPS so you can track the progress of the return. Freight on returns must be prepaid; COD returns will not be accepted. We will gladly replace the product or issue a full refund minus the non-refundable shipping charges. If you choose a full refund, your card will be credited within 48 hours of processing your return.
